"The Fort Collins Retort"
On March 13, 2009,
We The People
were
challenged to get together and show the politicians in
Washington DC that they are surrounded by people who want this
country governed using values and principles, not politics,
special interests, and empty rhetoric. On that day, we saw
over a hundred people gather in one place in our town to show that we
in Northern Colorado support what came to be known as the "9.12
Project." Millions of people nation wide are following the
9.12 Project ideas in a call to wake up and take
the country back from those who only care about politics as
usual, and have forgotten about We
The people. We are the Northern Colorado
9.12 Project group.
Our purpose is to let the politicians know
that we care, and that we want our country back. Contrary
to those who think we are "right-wing-extremists," we are really
just a group of like-minded individuals who believe in the
principles and values that our founding fathers used to build
the greatest miracle on earth - The United States of America!
After all, our Founding Fathers were the "right wing extremists"
of their day, and their passion resulted in the greatest miracle
the earth has ever seen. Now we, the parents,
grandparents, blue-collar workers, white-collar professionals,
and "just plain old regular citizens" of this country wish to
restore and "re-found" our country, not transform it.

will be to contact the news media regarding events and
activities from the 9.12 Project and the We Will Not Fall

required information and write a letter.
